As an Enrollment Specialist, you will play a vital role at HCS Help by providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients during the enrollment process. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the enrollment process, explaining their options and benefits, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with the enrollment process for health insurance plans, including reviewing plan options, benefits, and costs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Accurately complete and submit all required enrollment paperwork and documentation on behalf of clients.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in health insurance regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve enrollment processes and customer satisfaction.
• Attend training sessions and seminars to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or enrollment role within the health insurance industry.
• Knowledge of health insurance regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• 8 hour shift
